Nina M. Bunkers
National Trainer - Passionate Educator/Coach
I have spent over a decade in education, serving as both a teacher and school administrator. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand that teachers are the single most powerful factor in a student’s success — and that belief drives everything I do.
I believe, like Madeline Hunter once said, “Kids don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” Real learning begins with connection. Before we can reach students academically, we must first reach them on a human level. In today’s classrooms, where many students face challenges that extend far beyond school walls, relationships are the foundation of meaningful learning.
I understand that teachers wear many hats — mentor, counselor, motivator, and more — often all in one day. That’s why I am passionate about equipping educators with research-based, practical, and proven strategies they can implement immediately, without discarding what already works. My approach blends motivation, humor, and heart with a clear focus on results: helping teachers move from chaos to connection and creating classrooms where learning flows and relationships flourish.
Through coaching, training, and heartfelt conversation, I partner with educators to strengthen classroom management, deepen student engagement, and bring connection back to the center of teaching. I believe there is no position more honorable than that of a teacher and with the right support, every educator can thrive, and every student can succeed.
